Services in the Christian Calendar
Our regular church service are held every Sunday from 4pm to 5.15pm. Refreshments are served, following the service.
The church is located within the beautiful grounds of the Wroxall Abbey Hotel (WA Hotel) on Birmingham Road, Wroxall.

LIFE EVENTS
Baptism
Baptism in water is the commitment of an individual to Jesus Christ, professing Him to be their Lord and Saviour. There is no specific minimum age, as long as the individual understands this commitment sufficiently to be able to make their own decision.
Baptism is a life changing commitment and those considering baptism should discuss this with the Ministry team at St Leonard’s. Baptism is usually offered only to regular attendees of the church – as congregants of another church would expect to be baptised at their own place of worship. For those considering baptism, or those who would like to further explore their faith, please get in touch.
Baby & Child Dedications
Dedications are special services for babies and young children. These services dedicate children to Christ & give the family the opportunity to affirm they will be brought up in the faith & to give thanks. The practice of child dedication has been modelled throughout the Bible. The Israelites brought their children to the priest for blessing. Hannah (I Samuel 1:24-28) brought her son Samuel to the priest to dedicate him to the Lord. Mary and Joseph brought Jesus to the temple for dedication. The family affirms their desire that the child will, in adult life, receive Jesus as their saviour & make their own commitment to Christ.
Celebrations of Life
The Church of St Leonard offers celebration of life services and memorial services. Ashes may be scattered within the serene, consecrated Garden of Remembrance.
